Pastor Ruben has the privilege of leading High Road Community Church in Uhland, Texas. Before becoming a pastor he served as a youth pastor at a small church in San Marcos, Texas. He loves sharing biblical truths and inspiring others to live a Godly life. His deepest desires are to see God's will carried out in his life and in High Road. 

Ruben first became ordained in 2007 and later took over his fathers church which is now known as High Road. 

Ruben is also a proud business owner of a plumbing company, Rubens Plumbing Services. 

During his free time Ruben enjoys fishing, and spending time with his family. 

Ruben married his one true love Tammy in 1996, they had two daughters, Victoria and Stephanie, followed by there son, Ruben. 

Tammy Mancias moved to Kyle with her husband in the summer of 2006. Tammy was a daycare teacher for over 18 years. She loves pouring knowledge into children and seeing them grow. 

When Ruben first told her he felt called to take over the Church she was nervous, but even then she knew if God called them He would guide them. 

During her free time, Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, watching Gilmore Girls, and playing with her dogs. 

Tammy has been happily married for 27 years.
